Any absolutist regime always ends in despotism.  A tyrant with friends comes to power, his proxies receive positions by means of which they convert power into property.  Between the despot and friends starts the arms race, only arms are power and financial capabilities. 

 Since the days of Ancient Greece, a law has been opened for any despot, an internal mechanism for strengthening and dissolving power, depending only on one character of any autocrat.  It's fear.  As soon as one of the friends begins to grow stronger, it immediately falls into disgrace. 

 Despot, wiping out the environment of old people, surrounds himself with new ones on the principle of super-loyalty and lysoblyudstvo.  The new ones have fewer powers and financial opportunities and this destroys any despot.  As soon as it becomes clear that the king is naked, and his power is illusory, he completely depends on the environment, and not on institutions, new ones are being dealt with by the autocrat.

  The king is dead.  Long live the king!  The first blow to the Kremlin was caused by the US Congress by adopting amendments to the law on real estate insurance in America.  As before, now any person can use the services of a lawyer and open a limited liability company (Limited Liability Companies (LLC) - Limited Liability Company) without disclosing the final beneficiary, buy real estate in the USA stolen in Russia, rent it out  or sell, thereby - to wash the money obtained by criminal means.

  In the United States there is no legal way to make a court request to clarify the person of the ultimate beneficiary, in addition, LLC is not required to disclose such information, private property in America is sacred, as well as information about the owner.  But with the obligatory registration of insurance, it can not be obtained without a record of the final owner of the property.

  The amendment adopted by the congress allows for the collection of information about the owners, before it was received, the US introduced a moratorium on transactions with "problem" real estate.  Approximate volume of property is estimated at 600 billion US dollars. 

 An employee of the US Department of State said that any manipulation of this property could lead to a financial crisis, a collapse in the real estate market and problems on the US exchanges.  In her opinion, the property belongs to the management of Russia and to affiliated persons.

 That is why the FBI conducted searches in Russia's trade missions, and the diplomats burned documents fiercely.  The next blow was caused again by the US Congress, imposing new sanctions against the Russian leadership.  Special services were instructed to collect all information about Russian money in the US and report it in 180 days. 

 Time is ticking, and people affiliated with the Kremlin began to make a choice: to surrender their superiors or lose money stolen from Russian citizens.  Options, you know, there is not - take.  The domestic political situation in Russia also brought surprises to one another. 

 After killing Boris Nemtsov, the Kremlin pulled the political life of Aleksei Navalny to death.  While Vladimir Putin was making notes in a notebook, social networks appeared in every smartphone, and the Internet hamsters turned out to be spiteful, snooty, fearless and frostbitten young people who did not know the weak blow of freedom of the 90s. 

 And after all the repressions with planting, they went out into the streets for unsolved rallies.  Aleksei Navalny with his persistent proposals to identify all the corrupt officials and transfer them for jail - the most terrible threat for dervomerg.  

And Alexei is still an intelligent person, from whom it is difficult to expect terror, but if something happens to him, then the abyss will vomit monsters from the "Russian world" who will arrange bloody terror for the seizure of power and its retention.  

So the Kremlin, after destroying Boris Nemtsov, drove himself into a corner.Shots in it gave birth to Annushka with a mop, she really got lost in a nearby forest, but soon find the way ... What to do?  How to transit power to protect yourself?  Over the past 20 years, Russia has changed a lot, agglomeration processes have complicated social relations and require a more perfect form of governing the country, absolutism can no longer solve these problems. 

 The Putin regime, not solving current problems, created many crisis situations throughout the country in the most diverse spheres of human life.  The receiver should not only be tolerant of former masters of life, but also engage in liberal reforms, creating inclusive institutions to lead the country out of a protracted crisis. 

 Information about Ksenia Sobchak is nothing more than an attempt to find a safe way to transit power.  I think this is a perfectly healthy idea.  The more Alexei Navalny will be strengthened, the more uncompromising his position will be, the more fierce will be the search for the Kremlin suiting all the figures for the transit of power.

  It is likely that Ksenia Sobchak (or another public person) will go to the polls, they will be falsified, he will get the second place.  Then he will be in the prime minister's chair, and then on New Year we will see the theater of the Byzantine throne. 

 I think that this is the most optimal way of bloodless transit of power in Russia.  As for Ksenia Sobchak, I thought about it two years ago and told my friends that it would be good if she became Russia's president and could conduct institutional reforms in Russia.  Many of my friends were then subscribed to her in social networks and were absolutely agree with me.
