But in the US all this is, so the president is very limited and can not turn around what he wants.

 Democrats in the US support soft power.  They create global trends to solve their problems.  In the opinion of the primitive psychology of bandits who seized power in Russia, democrats are absolute fuckers, Obama chmo. 

 They live according to an anecdote: a coup d'état, the queen is strangled, the king knits, and he says to his wife: be patient, it can still cost.  The most terrible blow to bandits in Russia was caused by Obama.  It was he who passed the bill banning the sale of technology to Russia.  Putin and his company laughed at this law.  

They live one day and they are not interested in the future of Russia at all.  Moreover, they are nomadic bandits, their task is to snatch Russian resources as much as possible, withdraw money to the countries of European democracy, send families there and quickly escape from the Russian nightmare. 

 But at a time lag of 10 years, the technological backwardness of Russia will approach the point of fracture, followed by accelerated impoverishment and the inability to perceive new technologies for a long period of time.  In fact, there will be a situation of Indians and conquistadors, only Indians will be Russian citizens with their leader, and the conquistadors will not even be Americans, but the Chinese. 

 The Republicans from whom Trump was nominated are cavalry, checkers and into battle.  In a word, hawks.  They have identical tasks with democrats.  The main value is a person, his natural rights are realized through democratic procedures. 

 Only here the democrats use soft power, they think that it is necessary to wait, when the crooks in Russia will bring their people to a hunger riot, which is inevitable under the existing policy.Then, to provide assistance, provided that inclusive institutions are created by the citizens of Russia themselves.  

And the Republicans are inclined to a policy of zero tolerance for violence, up to striking at the bloody dictators and applying sanctions, to the countries that support it.  So the democrats act by washing, and the Republicans by rolling, alternating one by one, creating a worldwide trend in the form of spreading democracy around the planet and reducing violence.

In the United States elections about 240 thousand annually, now are scheduled elections to the Senate.  If the Republicans do not take up the majority of seats, Trump's second term will be questioned. 

 Strong actions are needed to attract the attention of voters.  Investigation of the US special prosecutor about Russia's interference in the presidential elections and the relationship between Trump and Russia also pushes the latter to showcase actions against Russia.

  Hence the harsh statements on Twitter (take away the smartphone from Trump), the desire to strike at Assad, the escalating sanctions against Russia.  Sanctions for Russian bandits who seized power are completely at fault.  They have already set aside for a rainy day so much that they can safely endure at the expense of the population of Russia the harsh years. 

 The Russian military will hide in their bases in Syria, inflate military equipment from rubber, its Trump will smash with its newest missiles, and everyone will be happy.  The Republicans will win in the Senate, the military industrial complex will receive new orders for armament, the Russian authorities will clap their hands cheerfully that they have deceived the American military. 

 Shoigu will receive trillions of rubles for the restoration of objects destroyed in Syria and will steal billions.  The Russian people in a fit of righteous anger to rally around the leader and go into the business of being overthrown.

  So worry about armed confrontation is completely not worth it.
