Today is the annual army open house where many new gadgets and items related to the army will be on display. And specifically for this year, with a joint effort from the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Science Institute, a new army bag with better utility, better durability and most importantly more ergonomically comfortable had been launched. 

It's been a while since the bag gotten a refresh and many were looking forward to it, from current enlisted soldiers to even those whom have already left the army. A demonstration of what can be placed in the bag is done right at the central stage. 

So with this newer design, what's in the bag? 2 standard sets of uniform, army boots, running shoes, toiletries, utility items for a start. Now what's new that can be added will be a water bag, compass slot, night vision goggles, waterproof raincoat and extra field equipment. In this new bag, there was a design of a cushion that traces the shape of each soldiers's back to promote extra comfort. Everyone was impressed and looking forward to the issuance of this new bag to the newly enlisted soldiers.
