When is an artwork finished? There's no straight line answer for that. Sometimes if you leave a project for a while, there might be a change in how you feel it should end. For this, I liked it but it felt flat and lacking something but at the time I didn't know what more I could do. . Took over a month to get this art into something more satisfying by changing the medium for alterations and applying a bit of manipulation.
