As I write this text, the price of Bitcoin fluctuates close to $46,000. But it could be $38,000 or $54,000 (give or take 20%) that you would be working, creating and hoping for in the same way. The large waves of a sea that is not yet very frequented seem like small swings of a ship floating in a pool for sailors accustomed to seasickness.

I have fun in Whatsapp groups where the majority operate on the stock market, freaking out when they see a 5% change. It looks like little ants walking back and forth when you place a small twig in their path to the anthill. They don't know what to do until they find a new route. And this new route is most of the time some smart guy trying to sell a course in an ad on Instagram stories.

We face bear markets like Muhammad Ali facing his opponents while leaning against the ropes. We know that the bearish cycle is temporary and will reach new peaks again in a bull market, unlike many stocks that may suffer state interference or regulation.

The strong point that I see in 2024 is the union of communities, in the last 7 years we have seen the creation of several tokens, many with purposes and seeking purpose and others just seeking to apply scams (and this year will be no different), but with a market more demanding, intelligent and ready to face these types of people, I see communities as a pillar for everything to happen.

People now want to invest the bulk of their money in a solid community, not just a currency. The community that will take the lead to help with technological development, marketing, and mainly in attracting new members. Just profit is no longer the goal, now it's profit and a sense of belonging. Knowing that your money is being put into a project that won't be shut down or destroyed overnight. And this also depends a lot on the implementation of DAO's and the governance system.

You can send more opponents, we are ready, we will face opponents until Bitcoin reaches $100,000, until Hive reaches $10, and until our voting power at layer 1 and layer 2 (within our community) has a direct impact on people's lives outside the web3 . Everything is being built, and we are a very strong community.

Hive is the largest community currently, it may not be in number, but in potential it is without a doubt. Our troops are ready to act, we will make history. We are fast, scalable and powerful. And that's not just a motto. It is a reality.

Enquanto escrevo esse texto o preço do Bitcoin oscila próximo de $46.000. Mas poderia estar $38.000 ou $54.000 (20% para mais ou menos) que vocês estariam trabalhando, criando e esperando da mesma maneira. As grandes ondas de um mar ainda não muito frequentado, parecem pequenos balanços de um navio boiando em uma piscina para marinheiros acostumados com o enjoo.

Me diverto em grupos do Whatsapp onde sua maioria opera na bolsa de valores surtando quando veem uma variação de 5%. Parece pequenas formigas andando para lá e para cá quando você coloca um pequeno galho na sua trilha até o formigueiro. Não sabem o que fazer até encontrar uma nova rota. E essa nova rota em sua maioria das vezes é alguma espertalhão tentando vender algum curso em um anúncio nos stories do Instagram.

Enfrentamos bear market como Muhammad Ali enfrentando seus oponentes enquanto se encosta nas cordas. Sabemos que o ciclo de baixa é temporário e irá voltar a atingir novos picos em um bull market, diferente de muitas ações que podem sofrer interferências ou regulações estatais.

O ponto forte que vejo em 2024 é a união de comunidades, de 7 anos para cá vimos a criação de diversos tokens, muito com finalidades e buscando propósito e outros apenas buscando aplicar golpes (e esse ano não será diferente), porém com um mercado mais exigente, inteligente e pronto para enfrentar esse tipo de gente vejo as comunidades como pilar para que tudo aconteça.

As pessoas agora querem investir o grosso do seu dinheiro em uma comunidade sólida, e não apenas em uma moeda. A comunidade que irá tomar a frente para ajudar no desenvolvimento tecnológico, no marketing, e principalmente na captação de novos membros. Apenas o lucro não é mais o objetivo, agora é lucro e senso de pertencimento. Saber que seu dinheiro está sendo colocado em um projeto que não será desligado ou destruído da noite pro dia. E isso conta muito também com a implementação das DAO's e o sistema de governança.

Podem mandar mais adversários, estamos prontos, vamos enfrentar adversário até Bitcoin atingir $100.000, até Hive atingir $10, e até nosso poder de voto na camada 1 e na camada 2 (dentro de nossa comunidade) ter impacto direto na vida das pessoas fora da web3. Tudo está sendo construído, e somos uma comunidade muito forte.
