Today, thanking God for allowing me to share again today, dear friends of this group, I want to tell you about my favorite dinner.


Hoy dandole las gracias  a Dios por permitirme compartir nuevamente en este dia,apreciados amigos de este grupo,les quiero hablar de mi cena favorita.

I love to cook and also improvise when I am at home, I tell them that in my house or my daughter cooks or it's my turn when I'm not at work, I leave the kitchen to my husband on Saturdays they prepare some delicious typical food dishes, Today after my work day when I got home my family was not home they had gone for a walk and I had to prepare something simple and you can say fast because my work day was really strong and the first thing I got was what I love for dinner an egg salad or chicken posture with Colombian potatoes, with these two ingredients and a pinch of salt I prepared this delicious dinner that can be said to be so nutritious and high in calories.


Me encanta cocina y tambien improvisar cuando estoy en casa,les cuento que en mi casa o cocina mi hija o me toca a mi cuando no estoy en el trabajo,a mi esposo le dejo la cocina los sabados ellos preparan unos deliciosos platos tipicos de comida,hoy luego de mi jornada de trabajo al llegar a mi casa no estaba mi familia ellos habian salido de paseo y me toco prepararme algo sencillo y se puede decir rapido por de verdad que mi jornada en el trabajo  fue fuerte y lo primero que consegui fue lo que me encanta en la cena una ensalada de huevo o postura de gallina con papas colombianas,con estos dos ingredientes y una pizca de sal prepare esta deliciosa cena que se puede decir que es tan nutritiva y altas en calorias.

En una olla con agua coloque los huevos y las papas a hervir por 10 minutos,las tape para que su proceso de cosion fuera mas rapido, despues de los 10 minutos con un tenedor pinche las papas y observe que estaba blanditas,las retire del fuego y laa deje reposar para luego quitarle las conchas y igual con los huevos,despues los corte en rodajas y le coloque sal al gusto,para luego difrutar de esta delicia,se le puede agregar una cucharada de mayonesa para darle mejor y rico gusto y asi cenar con esta deliciosa ensalada facil de preparar.
