_**what i see**_

 I am looking at a Video-Reisezentrum near a train station. There is also a public phone next to it. 


_**what i feel**_

I don't have any information about the Video-Reisezentrum, so I look it up. When I press the center button, a railroad employee appears on the screen and tells me that I can talk to him, get travel information, and buy tickets. To purchase, I was told to follow the instructions, insert my credit card, and it would be paid. This is good for those who don't feel comfortable using unmanned ticket machines.


_**story**_

James, an international student from Germany, landed at Munich International Airport and entered the video travel center to purchase a rail ticket to the Technical University of Munich.

He presses the center button and a female railroad employee appears on the screen.

Agent: "How can I help you?"
James: "I'm trying to get to the Technical University of Munich and would like to purchase a rail ticket."
Agent: "Sure. You can get off at Munich Central Station. Please insert your credit card."
James: "Can you help me find a cheap place to stay nearby for the long term?"
Staff: "Yes. I have a cheap place to stay and I'll give you the number."
James uses a nearby pay phone to call the owner and gets directions. 

James was able to find a clean and affordable place to stay thanks to the friendly staff. 

He was invited to join the host family for dinner. 

He met a woman he recognized from the Video-Reisezentrum. She was the owner's daughter.

She gave him a lot of help with his life as an international student.  After finishing his studies, he returned to his home country.

Whenever he saw the Video-Reisezentrum, he would think back to his happy time studying in Germany.
