Walking through it's bushes are thorns
Crossing through it's river are waves 
Swimming through are storms

You draw up all the strength you can
And give it all the push you have
You tried and failed
But eventually succeeded 

For the many times you cried
For the late nights
And hungry stomach
And stale ideas
And rejected proposals

Success came
It dropped like rain
Dressed in bright
Wiping the pain
Giving you pride

You beat your chest 
Announce you're self made
But no such thing as that

To remember there were people
