Google is planning to take on Flipkart and Amazon with its own e-commerce a platform which will be launch in India soon.

According to Business standard media group, The launch of Google's e-commerce platform could happen around the time of 2018 Diwali. 

Google has been working on its e-commerce plans since the last year and Google's Tez payments platform was launched with the idea of populating the seller database. 

Also google recently invested $550 million dollars in Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com. Not only Google readying to test the ecomm waters in India. 

Also Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook and Mukesh ambani's reliance Industries planning to diversify their offerings in india $200 billion worth ecommerce market.
