- Como muchos sabemos entrenar el cuerpo al máximo nos trae nuestros beneficios, nos hace ver mas hinchados y mucho mas fuertes.

- Pero también nos puede traer lesiones por sobre carga muscular.

- A que se debe una lesión muscular es aquella que se debe  a la estructura muscular del cuerpo en general es muy dolorosa y es causada por el exceso de fuerza y de no descansar.

- Este circuito de entrenamiento no es para descansar, pero puedes hacer descarga muscular haciendo cardio y a la vez combinando ciertos ejercicios con solo 10 repeticiones.

- Vamos a realizar este entrenamiento con un tiempo de 10 minutos y haciendo las máximas series posibles. 

- El trote puede ser de 100-50 metros y los ejercicios de 10 repeticiones.

- Otra cosa no solo puedes hacer rutinas para hacer descarga muscular, también pueden acudir a un fisioterapeuta.

- Este es todo el entrenamiento de hoy y espero les agrade y les sea de mucha utilidad.
