China has rapidly developed its EV car market. But this drone video casts suspicions that some brands may have made unethical moves to qualify for government support, raise capital and climb high in sales numbers. 
In one of the districts of Hangzhou, thousands of abandoned, registered but unpacked Geely, Neta or BYD cars were discovered.
