Self Esteem is when you feel pity about one self,when you say you can't amount to anything,you are just a nobody.

WHAT IS AFFECTING YOUR SELF ESTEEM?

Peer Pressure;This mostly happen during the teenage age group,it could be destructive to the teenages,this is what leads to taking of drugs and alcholol.This is done to get high and feel good about themselves.

Abuse:This is when he/she is abused(Rape) as a teenager or your parents/guardian abuses you in front of your age mates, This makes one to have low self esteem.

Body Image: This is common among the female,some maybe too fat and feel  she can’t associate with her mates because of her size. This makes her lonely and then lead her into low self esteem.

Having self-esteem problems can also cause other disorders or problems like; depression, social anxiety, separation anxiety and its suicidal.

How do you improve your self esteem.

•	Believe in yourself.

•	Associate with people that love you.

•	Don’t talk/look down on yourself.

•	Focus on positive things not the negative things of life.

•	Don’t compare yourself to others

•	Always say to yourself , I am unique.The bible says in (Ps139vs14) that you are wonderfully and fearfully made.

•	Learn from your mistakes, Don’t dwell so much on the past. Get up and move forward.
