Antifragility is one of the most important words to be introduced into the modern day vocabulary through the works of Nassim Nicholas Taleb who seems to be the only truly great writer in contemporary philosophy and academics. Antifragility does not mean something that doesn't break. It means something that gets better under stress. For an example, the problems Steemit Inc faced during the ear market led various blockchain developments that resulted in massive software developments that put us way ahead of most cryptocurrency projects i existence while also making management changes that resulted in something close to a 90% cost reduction in terms of operations.

This 7 page manifesto is something that all software developers should pay attention to. In blockchain and cybersecurity, I suspect many developers to already have an intuitive understanding of these concepts. But so far I don't see this from large established players in the market.
