OpenAI was founded by  Elon Musk, Sam Altman, and few more genius people and they have received billions of dollars in funding. OpenAI Five is one of their projects that created an AI that would be to video games what IBM Deep Blue
was to Chess and what Alpha Go was for Go.

You could even say that AI are just some of the dumbest creatures on the planet that work harder than anyone else. Human teams did manage to beat OpenAI Five and they only had few thousand hours worth experience.
