The original plan was to give 1 Chaos Legion Pack + promo Card for each CLP. I thought it was a good idea to invest and [wrote about it](https://ecency.com/hive-167922/@vimukthi/chaos-legion-pack-pool-saves-the-day-for-those-of-us-who-are-not-whales-or-splinterlands-holiday-deals-2022) and then again [doubled down](https://leofinance.io/@vimukthi/splinterstats-season-87-report-card) as I managed to get more DEC from Rental Market. What we were supposed to get changed few times. @jfang003 commented on my article and I figured out the deal was getting better.

I expect these terms to be set in stone. The value I would be getting is going to be worth it IMO. You can follow @nealmcspadden for more details. # I Was Too Late to The Party
I needed to buy myself at least one more CLP and there were none available through the official website:

My immediate thought was to check out HIVE-Engine and it did have some CLP for sale. Obviously, it would not make any sense for anyone to buy CLP at 2700 DEC and list it for sale at a lower value. At that time, there were 40 CLP ready to be sold at prices that were not all that great.

### A Profitable Venture For The Shrewd Investor
The value of Cards one would usually get from opening a single Booster Pack is not very likely to be worth 2700 DEC. Arkemis The Bear is only worth 221.910 DEC (which could fluctuate a little over time). Anyone who bought CLP and listed it at a higher price had a chance to make good ROI at minimal work and minimal risk. If they did not manage to sell; they could still cancel the trade before Packs and Cards are distributed and receive something valuable.

### @uswap Has Been A Crypto Saver
I have not come across any Bridge between HIVE and HIVE-Engine that is cheaper or anywhere close to @uswap and to top it off, there is a chance for you to earn instead of paying fees. At this moment the project did not need any liquidity. I ended up paying a minor fee.

I have posted about @uswap on @leofinance Threads at times I have seen where the Bridge is lacking liquidity. I might do that in future as it helps both potential users and my favorite bridge.
