 <p>This is a great article on human psychology. the Tl;Dr version would be about keepin people enganged even if itis a meaningless task. Having to walk 6 minutes and wait for 1 minute is vastly preferred over walking 1 minute and waiting for 6 minutes.It's a great bit of psychology to learn when it comes to offering a service whether it is a physical service or a digital one.</p>
