Then make a circle selection more than one in the stack to form like this

And be a bright cloud as bright as "the heart of the woman in apelin on the night of the week"

<p><div class="text-center"> <h5>   Okay then we create another new layer and a circle selection using elliptical marquee tool.

(tips >> to change the path to the selection can also with CTRL + ENTER)
