# Hello Steemians,
Yesterday, On trending page I saw a post about SteemPay and how it is going to play an important part in the offline application of Steem based tokens. No doubt that SteemPay is an ambitious project but certainly I see a number of drawbacks as considering the offline market and fiat circulation. I will not go too long and will see how this Steempay fit into my lifestyle. But the problem is the number of steem users in my area, and the knowledge or trust on cryptocurrency. I live in India, so it is obvious that people will call me mad or alien if I go with any of the cryptos wallets in the local market. But if I go above this market level then I will see a lot of crypto users but very few ones know the steem or application of steem. For them, Bitcoin/Ethereum is all the cryptos. But let's keep this aside and see what are some issues that we can face if we apply this application in the offline market.

# Unknown Cryptocurrency - Steem!
- This is one of the problems that many Steem app developer has to face, I have a number of crypto users in my locality but very few know what is steem. And all they know is that Steem is the blockchain which has the highest number of transactions as compared to any other cryptos or blockchains.
- Less advertising - huddles the number of accounts creation, and this less advertising of Steem blockchain limits the capabilities of this blockchain.
- This blockchain has tremendous capabilities and applications in almost all the business/development sector and along with SMT, we are in the rocket and about to launch!
- Another thing which is affecting not only to Steem but to all the cryptos is Government policies! which is slaying off the interest of common masses in the crypto world!

# Dynamic conversion!
- Real-time conversion is pretty much advantageous here as keeping the tokens may lead to the fluctuation in the token values.
- This is one of the problems with crypto, the price keeps changing on every moment and that's what makes difference between total profit or loss.
- I didn't get in much deeper with this tool, but as per the blog, everything seems pretty dynamic and run-time based.
- I hope that this tool must feature in SteemFest 3 on a large scale as I can see the potential that this tool is going to provide to both the parties i.e., providers and consumers.

# Indian Scenario (INR)
- I see no support for INR/Indian Rupee yet and one of the possible reason is that no Indian crypto exchange sites support or have SBD/STEEM listed.
- The second possible reason which is affecting us here is the  Central Government of India which has ongoing court-hearing on cryptocurrency which seems clueless and with no proper stand yet!
- We Indians must try to get STEEM or SBD listed on any of the crypto exchange websites. As I think that there are around 100K steemit accounts made by Indians, so it becomes obvious to get this crypto listed as soon as possible!
