We live in the 21st century. Everything change dramatically, even business formula and rules nowadays. Old formula and rules  will not work 100%, So you need to know all 21st-century business rules, Tips, and tactics to be a good businessman.

Why startup fail 

I am explaining first about failure because of you aware about it and make sure you know about which things are eliminated at the beginning of the series.

Why are startup failing so badly?

1) the first and foremost reason is the *allure of a good plan, a solid strategy, and market research*.

2)the second problems " **JUST DO IT**" thinking. Some entrepreneurs and investors believe that "**JUST DO IT**" school of startups.this does not work.
