This year some stuff happened prior to the conference as Dave Portnoy seems to not have made it as a *Big name* and is quite pissed about it...  On this list, you can see Nayib Bukele and today I learned about this new bill being voted on in the US targeting El Salvador and its Bitcoin policy. Crazy!
