**This IPO could happen as early as by the end of 2022 but most likely bin 2023.** Plans could change of course, especially depending on how Crypto and Financial markets perform over the next 12 months.

Even if I never actually used it, **it is referenced as *one of the biggest crypto exchanges in the world*.**

**Valuation sits at close to $14 billion in a recent Series D last month.** This round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with "major participation" from Baillie Gifford.

As a reference point, Coinbase is currently valued at $33bn.

They have been doing very interesting things recently. They seem to **diversify as an asset management service aimed at institutional and high net worth investors**, in partnership with Altis Partners.

Exciting right? Any new player is good for the overall ecosystem as I strongly believe in competition!
