My name is Peter Umoren.  I am a web developer and a python programmer from Nigeria. I graduated last year from the University of Ilorin with a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering). I currently earn a living by doing some freelancer jobs via upwork (you can check out my profile [Peter U.](https://www.upwork.com/o/profiles/users/_~017b4dc423c9961099/)). I have seen a lot of job post related to blockchain and I have been curious to know about it. Recently, my friend @jacobite introduced me to steemit and I decide to give it a try. I use to have this dream of being a writer anyway and I know I have "it" in me. I use to have a lot of stuff coming out of my head every now and then (sometimes I wish I had a scribe following me up and down to record all those good stuff). So I figure that steemit will help me to be a writer. But right now I am not too sure if I would be a great writer, as you can see it took me a lot of time to create my introductory post. I really hope that I would be able to gain a lot of knowledge here (especially about writing) and I also would love to share my knowledge to this platform.
