0.000 HBD3 Ways To Turn Driving Or Commuting Into Cash... (Not Talking About Uber)

Everyday millions of people travel to work by driving or commuting. You can turn that down time into learning time and start gaining new skills that you can turn into money.

This blog will give you three ways to turn your commute into a self enrichment program that can help you earn more in many different ways.

1: Take Audio Classes

Sure you can listen to music or audio books, but have you thought about actually taking classes or learning specific goals during your ride? The best way to do this is to find a topic that you really want to learn about, but never really did anything with. Search for audio lectures, ted talks, podcasts, university courses and keynote speeches that relate to your topic. Consume as much as you can find for a minimum of 4 weeks.

At the end of those four weeks, you will have enough new information to make your knowledge actionable. You can apply it to your business, you can write blogs about it and you will likely have enough information to write an eBook about it or do a paid webinar. This will give you the ability to learn new skills and treat it like a course for college.

2: Record Your Own Podcast

When you are driving, it is quiet and you are not generally too distracted. There are tons of people on YouTube who post driver videos and one of my favorite marketing podcats is Russell Brunson's Marketing In Your Car Podcast. He records tips about what he is doing while he drives to work.

All you really need is your phone and some Apple headphones or something with a mic. They don't have to be long, 7-10 minutes is perfect, but if you have a long commute then you can do longer ones. Or you could record multiple in a trip. Once you get your podcast done, get it out there on iTunes and see what happens. You could be born for it.

3. Outline Time & Being Creative

Almost everyone has that one creative project they want to complete. A book or even some big project for work. Some people just want to have extra time to outline Steemit blogs so it is easier to write when you get time. This can be done during travel.

If you are on a train or a bus, use your phone or tablet and outline different ideas you have for blogs, books or whatever. Spend the entire time to and from your destinations thinking about and outlining your topic. If you are driving, plug in your earbuds and mic and turn on the voice recorder. Record your time thinking about outlining your project and even come up with headlines and ideas. Then when you go to write it, let that play in the background and you will find it easier to come up with and expand on ideas.

I hope these tips help.
