Brain or Heart? What do you prefer? It's not always possible to listen to our brain and also impossible to go with our hearts. Maybe we all have some disappointment about our life choices and also some regrets that why we were irrational. Yeah, it's difficult to be rational always and balance in between what our brain and heart are saying. But being rational is not an impossible task. 


From choosing a life partner to our job sector, from evaluating someone else to measuring our efficiency we sometimes become irrational and it's totally normal.  We can learn to be rational in terms of choosing certain things. Let's talk about how to be a little more rational.

> Seeing logic in everything. It may sound irritating that we have to find logic in everything as it's a boring thing. But believe me it really worth to try. There's no conflict between listening to your heart but finding out the logic is also necessary. It's not like you have to calculate, use papers to write down the logic. It's more like a mental practice to see the logic of our work or on any choices. 


 Know the effect of being irrational. If we consider what we are gonna lose in long terms if we choose an option it will help us to be a bit rational. Try to see the long term effects or even the short term if necessary. 

 Offer yourself a fewer option. It helps me a lot. More option means more destruction. So better don't look at all those destructions and stay focused on what you believe and choose what you would usually choose. It helps passively to be rational. 


It's up to us what we want to do with our lives and how we prefer to have things in our life. Those options are responsible to make our lives complex or simple. So choosing them wisely and trying to be rational is an important task. Try it and be the winner!
