I'm not sure how it happened but I've gone from being a young girl to an old lady.  My Mom always said she stopped aging in her head at age 18. I didn't understand this at the time. I believe I was 15 or 16.  Last June I celebrated my 60th birthday.   I have managed to retain most of my figure, but my flexibility and strength are far from what they were in the 70s and 80s.

The best thing about being old is I have grandchildren and a great-grandbaby.   It's amazing to see kids I taught in Sunday School decades ago having children of their own.
