Otro de los restaurantes de moda de Valencia que hemos podido probar y que nos ha encantado, el nuevo concepto de Ricard Camarena, el BarX.

Un restaurante que está en la parte baja del mercado de Colón de la ciudad del Turia. Un mercado que ya cuenta con otro de sus restaurantes, el Habitual.

Este es más cañero, un de restaurante joven, con platos más atrevidos y con ese concepto de comida rápida, nada de comidas con sobremesa, ya que el ambiente es de rapidez, sin ser agobiante, los platos suelen salir rápidos y te incita a pedir mar o parar, café y pa’ casa. 

Me ha gustado bastante la verdad, por estilo del Canalla Bistró, que es otro que triunfa y que gusta mucho.
