Hola  amantes de la comida, feliz domingo deseándole bendiciones, en este día les presento una receta Agridulce, en esta oportunidad preparé  **Chuletas ahumada Agridulce**  la cual es una opción rápida, fácil y deliciosa para un almuerzo variado con esa explosión de sabores entre dulce y salado.

Es la primera vez que preparo está receta, me encanta las comidas con el toque de agridulces antes había preparado con pollo y carne, así que aproveché que tenía dos chuletas ahumadas, y quería variar las preparaciones para mí almuerzo de hoy para mí y mi esposo.

1.- Primero en un sartén coloqué un poquito de aceite y la chuleta ahumada a fuego lento,  las cociné por ambos lados, hasta verla dorada.Una vez lista, la reservé.

2.- En el mismo sartén, coloqué los ajos, pimentones y la cebolla picados en julianas, agregué Cúrcuma, salsa inglesa y pimienta.

3.- Después preparé en un envase una salsa con la compota, agregué media taza de agua, 4 cucharadas de compota, 1 cucharada de vinagre y de mostaza.

4.- Seguidamente, agregué mezcla en el sartén, donde cociné  el aliño, mezclé y agregué el punto de sal, está salsa inmediatamente es espesa por la compota, no es necesario agregarle Maicena.

5 Para finalizar añadí la chuleta ya dorada, al sartén mezcle por 5 minutos a fuego lento.
