*Hello folks, so I was invited by a noble turtle to express my precious thoughts on, how contests can improve your overall ranking as a newbie on the chain.*

*Well, to begin with I do not participate in many contests, since I'm involved with many other projects on Hive. But, as a matter of fact I do believe that participating in  contests will most certainly improve your ranking on Hive chain.*

*So here is a list of contests on various communities in Hive, that I have come across, that are sure to help.*

**1:** *Let's make collage*

*An amazing community by our very own @melinda010100, it has many weekly and monthly contests, which are quite easy to participate. Folks, who love chasing their own shadows or shadows around themselves will find this community quite interesting.*

*A robust community, where you can participate in various fitness contest, they have an app which can be downloaded from the google play store.*
