Hello everybody!

I'm happy to announce a new challenge that will be a part of #seven77 and #actifit push-up challenge that we're doing on Twitter. If you're not aware of what's going on there, continue reading please 'cause I want to explain how it started and why did I created this challenge.

A month or two before, @nathanmars started the push-up challenge that was also connected with @actifit. He wanted to use Twitter to promote our blockchain and Actifit. As he is a true Steemian, many people followed him and started to do his challenge - 7 push-ups every day for the next 77 days as we wanted to push the price to at least 7.77$. We believe Steem deserves to be a top coin and we're doing everything we can to create a hype.

The challenge started and all I saw was more and more people joined, from minnows to whales. It was really a great pleasure to open Twitter and see how much Steem is promoted in a good way. It was just another way to show others how we are the community who stands together and fights for Steem.

Some time passed and I had to join this cause, I just couldn't stand there seeing my family fighting for Steem. I had to join and I did, I started my push-ups challenge and now I'm having this idea to create this challenge to bring more awareness of Steem.

We are now an active Steemian army promoting Steem like crazy there on Twitter. We are tagging and challenging people to join us and so far, we're successful. It's so great to see minnows and whales together, fighting for the best for our future.

As we are a creative little army, we also started **creative push-ups challenge**. I'm not sure who started it (and it is not that important) but I saw @snook doing it for the first time and it was really funny. I think she created a video where she clicked the mouse 7 times or she lifted her arm 7 times. Something like that, but it was funny and we embraced it.

As time went by, I saw that @freecrypto is giving away 0.100 Steem to anyone doing this challenge and I must say thanks to him for such a brave decision. I saw @exyle joining, more people promoting this initiative, we started to be **the most talked coin for the last 1 hour** on Twitter, ... I saw price going up and I believe that we are a very small part that helped it to go up.

The creative push-ups were embraced by many and it showed how this community works together, through serious and funny ways.

So, 2 days ago, I had to do my 7 push-ups but I had some pain in the back and I decided to skip it for a bit and **that's when I got this idea** to create this challenge.

I realized that I don't have to do push-ups but I can do creative push-ups so I did them in a way where I **powered up** 7 Steem, created a video about it and posted it on Twitter. 

I immediately had an idea to create a challenge like we have @steemtorch and show others how we're contributing to our blockchain by powering up. I believe this little act can bring us together more and help in bringing awareness of our blockchain on Twitter.

So, having all of this in my mind, **I hope that people will embrace this challenge and join it.** Let's make one step forward and bring our Twitter hustle on another level and show others that we're here to build the community as well as our account by powering up. Also, we will bring *non-Steemians* from Twitter one step closer to Steem blockchain by showing them what power up is.

- If you get challenged by someone (if you get the torch), you need to power-up 0.777 or 7.77 Steem. I wanted to bring more people to this challenge so I decided to put 2 options. Not everybody has 7 Steem to power it up so you can be challenged to power-up 0.777 or 7.77 Steem. Your choice.

- Create a short video about it (you can check how I did it [here](https://twitter.com/SteemSpacely/status/1110237065894117376)) or you can take 2 photos (before powering up and after).

- Post video or photos on Twitter and use #steem #seven77 #seven77torch and #actifit hashtags. I also suggest to you to use #blockchain #crypto #cryptocurrency #blockchaintechnology #challenge #socialmedia #future and other hashtags to bring more people closer to what we're doing. **Please don't forget to use #seven77torch hashtag so I can find you easier :)**

- Challenge somebody (pass the torch). You can see who's already hustling on Twitter and challenge them or bring somebody new. My suggestion is to challenge Twitter hustlers first to get this initiative going.

If you follow the rules, I will find your latest steem post and upvote it. Not only me, @nathanmars is joining with the upvote and I will also try to find more people to support this challenge.
