Good old Nintendo. They lead the pack on game design and graphics back in the day with Nintendo and Super Nintendo. Then the 64. But when Playstation and Xbox started to come out, Nintendo got left behind in a way. No longer did they have the top graphics and latest third party hits. Big games like C.O.D. were not even released on Nintendo consoles and it seemed they were going to be out of the competition like Sega was. But then they did something different. They released the Wii. Sure it was not as pretty as a ps3 game but it was different. Innovative. And it was in this innovation where Nintendo blew passed their competition. Then they did it again with the switch.

Nintendo has made its success with different gaming experiences and a quality line up of first party releases that let them stand out from the AAA quality games. For their next trick I think a blockchain console should be the way to  go. The console itself can act as a wallet and games can have different characters at items that players can keep and trade. I'm sure it will not be easy but think of how awesome a console like that could be.

And the biggest advantage is all the connection of all the first party Nintendo games. One of the pluses of blockchain gaming is being able to trade items in between games. This can be a problem as different games are owned by different companies but Nintnedo has rights to all its games. It can have items that work in several games with a coin that can be used in-between games. Plus it can be proof of stake so users coins grow.

And a Nintendo coin, come on. Mario and coins go together.
