Beat a level. Get a coin. Watch an hour of Netflix. Get a coin. Get a like. Get a coin. Okay it will be more complicated than that but most apps will have some form of token in them in the near future. And the reason is it is a new way to monitie your system that does not take away from the previous models. You can still sell a product, run ads and charge a subscription and still have a coin. And because of this it is a tool that will be adopted in the years to come.

It also gets your audience invested (literally) in your product. The people who use the app now have a personal reason to promote and continue to use your app. You are inviting your community into the value of your app. And I know with gaming I will be spending my time on those on the blockchain. As I have less time to gain it gives you more of a reason to do it when it is a part time job.

It will be a few years but I really do think this is the route we are heading and I am excited about it.
