*Hola muy buenas querida comunidad de @fulldeportes , en la mañana de ayer retomamos los entrenamientos nuevamente despues de un domingo de descanso, y quiero hablarles un poco sobre las cosas que hicimos hoy.*

*Como podemos ver el terreno sigue bastante deteriorado y con mucha hierba, ya que aún no hemos podido chapearlo por la difícil situacion que vive el país. Pero mas ayá de las grandes dificultades, seguimos trabajando con base a alcanzar nuestra gran meta de ser campeones este año.En el día de hoy hicimos  varios ejercicios, entre ellos conducir entre ebstaculos, un ejércicio para hacer paredes y triangulaciones entre los jugadores , esto le da al equipo una mayor fluidez en el juego con balón, también dominamos el balón en grupo, esto proporciona un mayor control del balón y una mejor comunicación entre los jugadores.*

*Como casi siempre concluimos con un juego, en el que pudimos observar que el equipo cada día que pasa mejora un poco mas. No me sorprende, porque la calidad la tienen los jugadores , y a medida que vallan tomando forma, van a ir mejorando poco a poco su rendimientos. Algo en lo que el equipo no anda mu bien , es en la forma física, ya que han perdido resistencia por la falta de ejercicio físico tras unas largas vacaciones, pero es algo en lo que trabajaremos.*
