These high-bar push-ups are great because they work the full range of motion. At the bottom of the movement is where all the magic happens! It basically works deep into areas that regular push-ups just don't! Well worth every repetition!

I ended up doing 3 sets of 7. I have decided, going forward, that I will be picking the best of 3 videos every day... Even so I didn't managed to get a suitable ending for today's video so I have just included the push-ups here.

I watched a couple of @runridefly's push-up videos today! That fellow busts moves wherever he's at and doesn't count! As long as it's more than 7 reps he just goes and talks! I think tomorrow I'm going to go back to the spot I shot today's push-ups and just talk while I do my push-ups @runridefly style! hahaha! :D Thanks for the inspiration my Steem on friend!
