It's been rainy over here which is wonderful because it's washed things up and freshened the air... Even so it's been a little harder to make videos outside... The lens got some water on it today but I decided to run with it since everything else was good to go! Next time I'm going to have to bring a cloth to wipe the lens before shooting... Part of my video learning curve I guess!

Ok! Single foot push-ups!  Reducing your base of support is a efficient way to increase the challenge to your core muscles with nearly any exercise. Reducing your base of support from 4 points of contact to 3 can be done easily with this push-up... But tomorrow I'm going to take it up a notch! 

I am going to reduce things down to 3 points of contact (like with this move) but also use the extra appendage to destabilize my center! This ones going to be a bit tougher than today's push-up so if you enjoy dicing things up please check back for tomorrow's #Seven77 video!
