Part of my process when creating images that are not photography I like to try different styles and genres and play around with different things.  For this images I had in mind to do a line drawing, and make the background a pattern that I could put the QR code in and it would seem like it would fit. I also loosely used the ethereum logo as inspiration for her headband and eye tattoo things. She kinda looks like an 80's cartoon to me, but I also kinda like that about her.

Here is the line drawing version. I originally drew her in a sketch book and then scanned it. I fixed the levels adjustments to make it black and white completely and added in the QR code. 

But line drawings don't ever feel done to me. Other peoples look great, but I get hung up on color. I colored it in Photoshop and ended up saving two versions of the color.

I liked them both so I decided to combine them for my final image.
