  Yesterday, while walking around the buildings where I live, I noticed one of the large trees in the residence, a tree known as the Ceiba, which is very common in the city. But it wasn't really the tree that caught my attention, but rather its fruit and everything that fell off the tree. These are fruits that have a kind of fiber or cotton inside. To be honest, after so many years of seeing that tree, I hadn't noticed those fruits until yesterday. Perhaps around this time of year, that's quite common.   But something I liked even more was that these fibers that fell off the tree fell to the ground and, in turn, all over the vegetation between the small bushes, creating an effect that I liked when photographing each species. Although, of course, that effect was more pronounced due to the lighting at sunset, it was at the perfect moment and time. Although the light was more limited in those parts of the small bushes, with the poor lighting, it was possible to capture these compositions that I'm showing today.   On the other hand, I found it more interesting in black and white, to create more contrast between those small flashes of light reflecting on the bushes and the cotton fibers sprinkled everywhere. Nature itself undoubtedly creates visual aspects of beautiful contrasts, which are perfect for photography and also for appreciating the aspect found in these spaces where nature has its greatest influence.
