WEEK FOUR of The Six Week Health Challenge #sixweekhealth: My Easy Stew Fruits Dessert|我的简易炖水果甜品
Hello to all the beloved Steemians, I’m very excited to participate again for the WEEK FOUR of the Six Week Health Challenge. I would like to personally thanks to the awesome @healthsquared and @sweetsssj for this meaningful challenge. 

Today, I’m going to share a very easy to make “Stew fruits dessert”. It’s super easy to prepare and suitable for those people that have limited time.

Let’s straight to the point >>>

Ingredients (Portion for two persons):

300 grams of papaya
200 grams of bananas
20 grams of lump sugar
10 grams of preserved mandarin peels

Cooking steps:

•	Prepare all the above ingredients.

•	Peel off the bananas and cut them into slices.

•	Put those banana’s slices into the stew cups.

•	Peel off the papaya and cut them into cubes.

•	Put those papaya’s cubes into the stew cups.

•	Put in 10 grams of lump sugar into each of the cup.

•	Cut the preserved mandarin peels into slices and put 5 grams into each of the cup.

•	Add on water until the top of the stew cups.

•	Put the stew cups into the steamer.

•	Set 15 minutes timing.
•	Ding! It’s done and enjoys it while it’s still hot.

今天,我要和大家分享一个非常简单的“炖水果甜品”。准备步骤非常简单,适合那些时间紧凑的人。

材料(两人份):

木瓜300克
香蕉200克
冰糖20克
陈皮10克

做法:

•	准备好所有上述材料。
•	香蕉剥皮,切成片状。
•	把香蕉片放入炖盅中。
•	木瓜削皮,切成块状。
•	把这些木瓜块放入炖盅中。
•	将10克的冰糖放入每个炖盅。
•	将陈皮切成丝,每杯放入5克。
•	把开水加到炖盅顶部。
•	把炖盅放入蒸锅里。
•	调15分钟。
•	叮!甜品已完成,请趁热享用~
