These examples are too easy to be life like. 
#1. What if 70 elder is a mayor contributing to lifes of millions and pregnant woman is irresponsible drunk walking midstreet and carrying a fatherless baby who will most likely become a burden for the community?

AI will not be able to evaluate that. And if it could, it would be way too intelligent to treat us anything more as we treat bugs.
