My posts and replies are being seen, replied to and I'm finally seeing the rewards to my efforts. 
By no means have I graduated into the realm of dolphinhood just yet. I don't have a lot of voting power to wield, but as soon as the funds I converted into steem last week go through tomorrow, that should help. 

It took forgetting that money is even involved, diving in and being a normal human being, talking to people and treating them like the human beings they are too. I've replaced Facebook, G+, Twitter, Reddit and other social networks and focusing all the energy I spent there into only Steemit. 
## And it's working. 
There's such an incentive here to be decent to one another. I've seen and been a part of some of the most intelligent conversations, as well as debates (not arguments or flame wars). Anyone who tries to start seem to get voted out of existence. LoL
## All this and I've only been here for a week. 
I'm excited to see where all this is going.
