The new layout looks awesome! And I figured I'd highlight my favorite part.

We already had the website notifications, which is when you would receive a sound and a flag *(the flag was only visible if you were actively looking at this page, though)*. However, now there's a DESKTOP Notifications option, which I've not seen before.  I'm anxious to see how this function works, because I've been *dying* for a way of knowing if someone voted or replied to one of my posts, and also if anyone I'm following has posted any new blogs themselves.
