The following are the qualities of a man loved by Myanmar women.

1. Man must be manly, healthy and handsome.
2. Man must have either wealth or wisdom.
3. Man must be virtuous. He must abstain from taking alcoholic drinks, gambling and womanizing.
4. Man must be diligent and industrious.
5. Man must have healthy genital.
ျမန္​မာအမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား ႏွစ္​သက္​​ေသာ ​ေယာက်ာ္​းမ်ား၏ အရည္​အခ်င္​းကို ​ေအာက္​ပါအတိုင္​းသတ္​မွတ္​ထားသည္​။
၁။ ​ေယာက်ာ္​းသည္​ ​ေတာင္​့တင္​းက်န္​းမာ၍ ခန္​႔ညား​ေသာအသြင္​ ႐ွိရမည္​။
၂။ ပစၥည္​းဥစၥာ​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊ ပညာ​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း ျပည္​့စုံရမည္​။
၃။ အက်င္​့သီလ ​ေကာင္​းမြန္​ရမည္​။ အရက္​မ​ေသာက္​၊ ဖဲမ႐ိုက္​၊ မိန္​းမ မလိုက္​စား​ေသာ ​ေယာက်ာ္​းမ်ိဳး ျဖစ္​ရမည္​။
၄။ လံု႔လဝီရိယ႐ွိ၍ မပ်င္​းရိသူ ျဖစ္​ရမည္​။
၅။ လိင္​အဂၤါ မခ်ိဳ႕တဲ့​ေသာ ​ေယာက်ာ္​း ျဖစ္​ရမည္​။
Myanmar believe that, being a man is noble and it is a good effect of good deeds done in the past life. Man of noble life has to live morally as a righteousman.
ျမန္​မာတို႔သည္​ ​ေယာက်္​ားျဖစ္​ရျခင္​းသည္​ ​ေ႐ွးဘဝက ​ေကာင္​းမႈကုသိုလ္​မ်ား ျပဳခဲ့​ေသာ​ေၾကာင္​့ ျမတ္​​ေသာဘဝကို ရ႐ွိျခင္​းဟု ယုံၾကည္​ၾက၏။ ျမတ္​​ေသာဘဝကို ရ႐ွိ​ေသာ ​ေယာက်္​ားတို႔ ျမင္​့ျမတ္​စြာ ​ေနရသည္​။ တည္​ၾကည္​ခန္​႔ညားစြာ ​ေနၾကရသည္​။
