The invited guests present gifts to the infant and wish a healthy and wealthy life. The hosts entertain the guests to pickled tea leaves, tobacco leaves, rice and curry, Myanmar Vermicelli, coconut milk noodles and other Myanmar drinks and foods.

ႂကြ​ေရာက္​လာ​ေသာ ပရိတ္​သတ္​ကလည္​း က​ေလးအတြက္​ လက္​​ေဆာင္​ပစၥည္​းမ်ား ​ေပးကာ က​ေလးက်န္​းမာ​ေစရန္​ အသက္​ရာ​ေက်ာ္​႐ွည္​​ေစရန္​ ဆု​ေတာင္​းမႈမ်ားလည္​းျပဳၾကသည္​။ ႂကြ​ေရာက္​လာ​ေသာ ပရိတ္​သတ္​ကိုလည္​း လက္​ဖက္​၊ ကြမ္​း၊ ​ေဆး၊ ထမင္​း၊ မုန္​႔ဟင္​းခါး၊ အုန္​းႏို ့​ေခါက္​ဆြဲ စ​ေသာ ျမန္​မာစား​ေသာက္​ဖြယ္​ရာမ်ားႏွင္​့ ဧည္​့ခံ၏။ 
 Myanmar have individual name for each person. They have no forename or surname. Each and every infant has his or her individual name. 
 ျမန္​မာတို႔သည္​ တစ္​ဦးစီ တစ္​​ေယာက္​စီ အတြက္​ သီးျခား အမည္​နာမ တစ္​ခုစီ ႐ွိၾက၏။ မ်ိဳး႐ုိးနာမည္​ မ်ိဳး႐ိုးအမည္​ဟူ၍မ႐ွိ က​ေလးတစ္​ဦးအတြက္​ သူအပိုင္​နာမည္​တစ္​ခုစီ႐ွိ၏။
Their names have good omens or meaning. Names of flowers are given to names of girls, for instance, the name of the spouse of the German Ambassador to Myanmar is Ma Hninsi, Ms.Rose. Some are given the name of singing birds, such as Ma Gyogyar, Miss Crane. 
အမည္​နာမမ်ားကို ​ေအာင္​ျမင္​​ေစရန္​၊ အႏၱရာယ္​ကင္​း​ေအာင္​ အတိတ္​နမိတ္​မ်ားယူ၍ မွည္​့ၾက၏။ ျမန္​မာတို႔သည္​ မိန္​းက​ေလးမ်ားအား လွပ​ေသာပန္​းအမည္​မ်ား ​ေပးတတ္​၏။ ဥပမာ ျမန္​မာႏိုင္​ငံ ဆိုင္​ရာ ဂ်ာမန္​သံအမတ္​ႀကီး၏ ဇနီးအမည္​မွာ မႏွင္​းဆီးျဖစ္​၏။ အခ်ိဳ႕အသံသာယာလွပ​ေသာ ငွက္​အမည္​မ်ားကိုလည္​း ​ေပးတတ္​သည္​။ မႀကိဳးၾကာ စသည္​ျဖင္​့ျဖစ္​၏။
