<center>In my last video I said I was going to aim for 45 minutes on my next workout and I successfully did that. I always thought yoga was a lesser category of exercise, boyyyy was I wrong. Every routine I've done felt more intense than it looked and brings about a serotonin surge in the end. I love it!
