I have been on steemit for just over a year now. In which time I have enjoyed the ride for most of my time here. However, every now and then the harsh I would say unfair FLAGGING pops up and I lose lots of sbd (money) that I try hard to earn as a small fish. Since, I don’t have bags full of cash ,I would be a small fish for a long time . Recently, I have been flagged by steemit accounts that have been here much less on steemit then I have been. All because they more steempower (bought with money from outside) . The reasons are unclear for the flagging . I have sent massages asking the reasons with no answer at all . (I think an answer should be given every time someone flags another)
1.	From what I have deduced I was flagged, because I have been using upvote bots who upvote posts after post are 3.5 days old. If a post pays out in 7 days it means it can be upvoted within the 7 days or else the platform can just stop upvoting after 3.5day and still pay out in 7 days.
What I would like to know where did this rule come from. Is it that the bigger fish need something to do so they make up their own rules?. Or is it that they get something out of it ? 
2.	I was flagged again .I reason was I was told I have been copy/pasting. This is untrue as my post was not even in English. So what can I do about it .JACK .


I love using steemit and for most it is away to earn extra money. Sometimes its people with a lot of money that can make things or break things. All I am asking is that rules be set and no new ones made by others that can make steemit a nasty place. So If there is someone listening and can make a difference please help.
It should not be such that the big fish eat all the small fish, just because they can.
