> The common microscopic recording systems are simply too expensive and do not offer the functionality  and quality our current smartphones provide us. MicroREC is a high quality optic system that attaches to the microscope beam-splitter and allows surgeons to capture images and videos of their procedures.

Microrec can serve as great educational and training tool for medical students. The recorded videos can be live transmitted anywhere or later used for training or reference.
The best thing is, it is cost effective meaning no heavy budgetary constraints.
