I just randomly tuned my amateur radio transceiver on the shortwave bands this evening and I heard this. The station said some numbers in English and then disappeared. I recorded only a part of the transmission, not the whole transmission.
I have found another Number Station video with this frequency (5186 kHz) on YouTube (uploaded on 2015.09.17) ([Link](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qc6YIeOKQ9o)) and I see people asking "What do the numbers mean?"
I don't know what do they mean and looks like no one knows.
The "00000" at the end is probably means "end of message" or "end of transmission", but other than that I don't have any guess.
A lot of people say in other parts of the internet that this is probably a spy or a secret service station. This is one of the biggest mysteries of the shortwave radio listening, I guess.

My equipment:
Radio: Yaesu FT-450D
Antenna: Inverted-V (7 meters above the ground)
QTH: Hunyadfalva<hr><a href='https://dtube.video/#!/v/xplosive/ybagtrbh'>► Watch on DTube</a><br /><a href='https://earth.i.ipfs.io/ipfs/QmRR6xGRbdjdQWu6AcZu3eMwAYaVPDV2NdPK7Y9uJRW4jg'>► Watch Source (IPFS)</a>
