<div class=text-justify> ### Good evening, #Monomad friends Seeing the world differently sometimes helps us understand things better. Today was different. I ended up not having much time to spend with myself, or even to go to the gym to train. To do my daily therapy session. Stop. Close my eyes. Let my body rest. Feel the weight of your body touching the ground. Feeling the air enter your body. Inhale... and exhale. Feel your heart beating... slowly but consistently.
