Apollo Fintech is going to do just that. They are developing a new social ecosystem called **Stratus**.

Touted as **"one platform, one wallet, and a world of services"**, Stratus is slated to be launched in Q3 of 2020.
All the features and functionality of major social platforms will be  rolled out in four phases as below:

Phase 1 : Facebook, Twitter, Medium, PayPal
Phase 2 : Instagram, YouTube, Robinhood, Coinbase
Phase 3 : TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram
Phase 4 : Travelocity, GoDaddy, UpWork, Envato

If you ask me, I was almost laughing when reading this announcement. To my understanding, a product that tries to be everything is doomed to fail.

We need a sharp focus for attaining success. It's always better to focus on what you're good at. You can't be good at everything!

However, I may be wrong. I don't know much about Apollo Fintech. Heard of their APL coin. And they are launching a gold backed stable coin GSX - a "stable" coin whose prices will increase! But I fail to correlate these activities with Stratus. May be they are venturing into a new domain.
