Worrying is normal when we are faced with problems in life especially if the problems are very serious. But as much as it is normal for us to worry in times of facing problems, we should not stay too long worrying because it can contribute and prolong the problems that we are facing.

It is only in a calm mind that you can come up with the idea of how to solve the problems that you are facing, no matter how serious the problems are. 

But if you prolong your worries when faced with problems, you will not have a calm mind and so the problem will be prolonged because you will not be able to come up with a solution to solve your problem. 

This topic just came to my mind today, because a colleague of mine misplaced her car keys and she was running late for an appointment. But she was very worried that she misplaced the car keys and so she was not able to remember where she kept it quick, but when I told her to calm down and she did, she immediately remembered where she kept the car keys. 

By this time, she was already late for her appointment. 

So the lesson here, is that, learn to worry less, when faced with problems and the solution will come quick. Since I got to know this, it has been working for me, that is why I am sharing it with you.
