**"Sense of Balance"**
Mixed Media,24.2x33.3cm,2022

I often draw pictures that are unpredictable and intense, but I am usually quiet and prefer to spend time alone. I now lead a regular life, going to bed early and getting up early. I am striving for moderation, although it is still not enough. I want to keep that sense of balance in my life.
There was a time when I used to have chocolate every day for breakfast, and I gained a lot of weight. So now I am trying to improve my sense of balance in my life.

これは私が創った作品です。
**「バランス感覚」**
ミクストメディア、24.2x33.3cm、2022

私は絵は突拍子もない、激しい絵をよく描きますが、普段は大人しく、ひとりの時間を好むのです。今の私は早寝早起きの規則正しい生活を送っています。まだまだ足りませんが節制しようと努めています。そういうバランス感覚を大事にしたいと思っています。
昔はそういう感覚が狂っていて、例えば朝食は毎日板チョコだった時期もあって、ものすごく太ったこともありました。だから今はバランス感覚を磨きながら生活していこうと思います。
